“Our quality management systems (QMS) are a major point of emphasis in our operation,” says Devon Romney, President of Romney Motion. “We are committed to maintaining our QMS certifications and ensuring our customers get the same quality part on every order.”

PJR, the Certification Body issuing the certificate, did not have any findings during the extensive three-day audit.

“Passing the audit and recertifying without any findings is a result of our people working the system on every order. I’m proud of our team,” says Romney.

In addition to this certification audit, Romney Motion hires a third-party company to conduct test audits every 6 months to ensure the quality management system is being followed closely, starting in the Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) and moving through every aspect of production including material organization, job tracking, quality checks, and shipping.
